Add Fiber<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fiber helps you stay full for longer than other options<\/p>\n<p>that have too many carbs. Eating foods with fiber also help regulate the levels<\/p>\n<p>of sugar in check. Fiber is found in fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole<\/p>\n<p>grain foods. There are many benefits when consuming fiber especially for your<\/p>\n<p>health! In the morning have a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries for a<\/p>\n<p>heart-healthy, fiber-packed breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Make a Smoothie<\/b><\/p>\n<p>With the busy life you have, you might not have time to<\/p>\n<p>sit down and eat your breakfast. Instead, grab some of your favorite fruits and<\/p>\n<p>mix them into a blender. This will be a good way to nourish your body of all<\/p>\n<p>the essential nutrients you need to start your day. Eat Early in the Day<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Having breakfast at 10AM when you&#8217;ve been up since 6AM is<\/p>\n<p>not going to provide you with the fuel and energy you need. Drink a glass of<\/p>\n<p>water as soon as you wake up so your body can rehydrate and then start feeding<\/p>\n<p>your body with the nutrients it needs for a productive day. Eating after you<\/p>\n<p>wake up will give your body the energy it needs for the day. Try to eat your<\/p>\n<p>breakfast within an hour of waking up so that it can do its&#8217; job efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Don&#8217;t Forget Protein!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Protein can give you the boost of energy that you need in<\/p>\n<p>the mornings. Eating protein in the mornings will give you alertness. Also,<\/p>\n<p>having a good amount of protein in the morning will help you stay full longer<\/p>\n<p>and energized. Research shows that those who ate breakfast in the morning were<\/p>\n<p>more productive throughout the day.
